Cannot access modules section in PrestaShop

It has happened to us with many clients, that after migrating from hosting, they could not access the module section in their PrestaShop (it took too long until after redirecting).

The solution for most cases was very simple. Implement changing the permissions on the XML files in the config folder to 777 or 755
